The cost of this service is based on lawn size and starts at only $49 per visit for weekly care. With this service you pay as you go with reductions in cost during the winter months when visits are less frequent.

This is a very basic service with no service agreement required. It is offered as a less expensive option for clients who enjoy maintaining most of landscape themselves, but find that they may not have the time or energy during a busy work week for the consistent task of mowing and edging.

This is a step above the basic lawn care which will keep your lawn healthy throughout the year. The cost for this add-on service will vary based on your specific lawn size and still requires no yearly agreement.

This package is very comprehensive and is great for clients who wish to leave the task of the landscape maintenance entirely to us so they have more time to enjoy their outdoor living space versus maintaining it. This weekly service starts at $325 per month.

Full Service Fun Facts

Full service agreement: Our full service is based on a 12 - month agreement which would be provided to you once our estimator has viewed your specific property.

Full Service "service days": Based on the location of your property within the city, you will be given a service day. 90% of the time, your day will be the same day of the week. There are certain times of the year, mainly around holiday periods that our schedules must adjust slightly. We may need to move your regular service day forward or backward a day for example to make sure we can service all of our properties. This won't happen often, but a few instances per year is common.

Time limits on Full Service properties: We do not have a set time that we spend at the property each week. Some seasons mean there may only be basic lawn care needed which will make the trip shorter while other seasons dictate the need for longer time spent at the property. We adjust our schedules accordingly throughout the year to make sure the needs of your property are met during each season.

Full Service trimming: With cutting back spent bulbs, perennials, etc. these are typically taken care of during the normal service visit. The guys will peck away as time allows and get things cleaned out for you as they are dying back for the season. We will cut as blooming is finished unless otherwise requested. Bigger trimming such as hedges are done on a yearly / bi-yearly basis depending on the type of hedge. 

Not included in our Full Service: Garden boxes or anything with fruit or vegetables. We consider these to be personal in nature as you have planted these on your own. So we have found in the past in trying to assist customers that they rather us not weed through them or cut back as it is a hobby for our customers so we find staying out of those makes everyone happier in general.

Storm debris is not included in the full service maintenance. Since we cannot predict the weather we certainly do not want to charge for something that may or may not come to pass. So we can clear some small amounts of debris but if a big wind or storm rolls through there is an extra charge deemed at the time for getting larger storm debris cleaned up.
